Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in automation testing within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing and UI automation.
• Experience with load testing and performance testing tools.
• Experience testing complex digital products including high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing.
• SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain modular automation frameworks reusable across teams.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines to ensure high build quality.
• Design and execute load tests to identify bottlenecks and auto-scaling.
• Develop test strategy with product teams and establish quality benchmarks.
• Create and maintain manual and automated test plans and data sets.
• Track defects end-to-end with a bug-tracking system and verify fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide test estimates and reporting.
• Mentor junior testers and promote automation best practices.
