Crowe Australasia is seeking a client-focused external audit professional to join a high-performing team in Sydney. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, perform standard auditing activities, and contribute to high-quality audits while developing your career through structured growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, assisting with audit strategy and planning, and delivering clear, actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Australian auditing and accounting standards.
• CA or CPA qualifications or working towards this.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within agreed timeframes.
• Strong capability to lead and inspire teams.
• Experience with CaseWare Working Papers and Financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Work with an exciting and diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries, gaining exposure to complex and interesting engagements.
• Complete standard auditing activities for review, ensuring jobs are completed effectively and accurately across timeframes.
• Accelerate your audit career with clear opportunities for growth and development within a high-performing team.
• Assist in preparing business reports and management letters for clients to highlight key issues and recommended actions.
• Assist on engagements including shaping the audit strategy, timetable, scheduling employees and acting as a key point of contact.
• Build strong relationships with clients and help drive ongoing and future engagements through exceptional service and collaboration.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
