ANZ is seeking an experienced Audit Lead for Australia Retail to plan and execute end-to-end audits across customer value chains and Critical Operations. You will drive complex engagements, manage delivery within budgets, and mentor team members while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Audit Director – Australia Retail, you will embed data analytics and AI into audit processes, engage stakeholders, and ensure findings are actionable and value-adding for customer outcomes

Formación

• Strong understanding of audit methodology, evidence standards, reporting and issue validation.
• Deep understanding of banking fundamentals, products, customers, channels and end-to-end customer value chains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex and high-risk audit engagements across end-to-end customer value chains as Team Lead within the Australia Retail portfolio.
• Manage audit delivery to agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring productive use of resources, disciplined execution, timely escalation of delivery risks, and strong issue follow-up and validation readiness.
• Contribute to annual audit planning activities, providing input on key portfolio risks, emerging issues and coverage considerations relevant to Australia Retail.
• Ensure effective risk identification and audit scoping, focusing activity on material risks and customer outcomes.
• Apply risk judgement and methodology discipline, ensuring audit work aligns with Internal Audit standards.
• Apply data analytics and AI into audit planning and execution to strengthen insight and efficiency.
• Lead engagement with business stakeholders, maintaining relationships and escalating matters requiring judgement.
• Apply risk management frameworks to strengthen risk analysis, testing and conclusions.
• Ensure audit findings are value adding, timely and actionable.
