Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited is seeking an Operational Support Engineer to ensure the reliability of TAB and Tabcorp’s digital wagering platforms. You will work across critical systems, troubleshoot complex incidents, and collaborate with technology teams to improve stability.

You’ll support business-critical platforms, document issues and participate in after-hours on-call coverage, contributing to a fast-paced tech environment and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical digital platforms.
• Strong capability in diagnosing and resolving software/hardware incidents.
• Ability to prioritise incidents in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative approach across technical and non-technical teams.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for wagering platforms and digital services.
• Maintain system performance and minimise disruption.
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware incidents quickly.
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues.
• Document incidents, fixes and support processes clearly.
• Contribute to platform stability improvements and initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call support roster outside standard hours.

Reporting into a technology leader, you’ll provide operational support for critical wagering platforms and digital services. Your work will help maintain system performance, minimise disruption and support great customer experiences.

• Support wagering platforms and digital tools used daily
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware incidents quickly
• Monitor system performance and escalat critical issues
• Work with technology teams to improve platform stability
• Document incidents, fixes and support processes clearly
• Contribute to emerging technology and improvement initiatives
• This role includes participation in an on-call support roster outside standard working hours
