Job summary

You will contribute to client projects across public and private sectors, shaping the future of work through organisation design and workforce planning. You will collaborate on HR strategy and transformation initiatives, deliver practical recommendations, and support leadership and change

Qualifications

• Experience in organisation design, workforce planning, HR strategy and transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and ambiguity-handling skills.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects through project management and follow-through to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to analysis connecting business strategy with workforce strategy.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables and client recommendations.
