Job summary

Beca HunterH2O, the Australian water business of Beca, is seeking a Senior Associate in Business Transformation in Canberra. You will lead complex organisational change initiatives and partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategies, manage delivery and realise transformation benefits.

You'll mentor consultants, contribute to business development and help grow our national practice, benefiting from flexible working options and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
• Prosci (ADKAR) or APMG Change certifications highly regarded.
• Complementary credentials in project management (PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
• Proven experience leading complex change in consulting or mid-to-large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programs across multiple sectors.
• Shape change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement and delivery.
• Deliver benefits tracking, capability uplift and organisational redesign.
• Mentor and support emerging consultants and contribute to practice growth.
