Qualifications

• Admitted NSW lawyer with 4–8 years PQE.
• Solid plaintiff workers compensation experience.
• Experience with WID and public liability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run matters from first instructions through to resolution.
• Handle weekly payments and medical expenses disputes.
• Lump sum claims for permanent impairment, death benefits and work injury damages.
• Manage a mixed plaintiff practice with minimal supervision.
