Hooker & Heijden is seeking a Senior Associate / Team Leader in Personal Injury (Plaintiff) to lead a compensation team in Sydney. You will manage a personal file load of 50–70 matters, primarily CTP and workers compensation, while supervising four junior lawyers and driving strategy and client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in plaintiff personal injury, admitted in NSW.
• Strong experience in NSW CTP and workers compensation claims.
• Working knowledge of NSW legislation and PIC process.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four junior lawyers and manage a personal file load of 50–70 matters.
• Manage NSW CTP and workers compensation claims from instructions to resolution.
• Supervise junior lawyers, set strategy on disputed claims, and mentor the team.
