Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Associate in Transaction Solutions, Pacific, to leverage legal or financial expertise across M&A advisory and related insurance solutions. Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Law, Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in M&A, corporate transactions, advisory, legal or financial services environments.
• Track record of building senior client relationships and driving business development.
• Collaborative approach to working across local and regional teams.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance across Pacific markets.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advisory, broking, delivery, development and related functions across Transaction Solutions products on M&A transactions and other client situations.
• Geographic focus is across the Aon Pacific region.
• Engagement of and ongoing network relationship management across the AMATS ecosystem and internal/external channels to develop relationships and deliver Transaction Solutions solutions.
• Regular attendance at external client meetings across the Pacific region and participation in industry seminars to build relationships and opportunities.
• Manage revenue reporting in Aon Connect and support management reporting and data collection activities.
• Preparation of Aon content and marketing materials, collation of data and collateral for business development opportunities.
• Develop AMATS knowledge of the client value proposition and present on broader solutions across the AMATS ecosystem.
• Other functions to support growth and development of AMATS.
