Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE with proven M&A experience, ideally at a leading firm.
• Commercial mindset with ability to provide strategic advice, strong team orientation and mentoring of juniors.
• Demonstrated complex M&A and corporate advisory experience across the full business lifecycle.
• Senior Associate role aimed at long-term commitment and professional development within a supportive firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic M&A and corporate advisory input on transactions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and help develop client relationships.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of corporate deals from origination to closing.
