You will advise on strategic land access decisions, engage with major corporate and government clients, and support front-end aspects of large transactions, all within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate with 4+ PQE in land access and regulatory/heritage advisory.
• Experience with Native Title and First Nations engagement strategies.
• Exposure to environmental compliance, carbon regimes, regulatory investigations, incident response.
• Experience advising on front-end support for major M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic counsel on land Access & Approvals.
• Advise on Native Title and First Nations engagement strategies.
• Provide lifecycle advice on environmental compliance, carbon regimes, regulatory investigations, incident response, and third-party challenges.
