Mizzen Search is representing a premier Australian law firm in Sydney for a Senior Associate position in the Employment team. The role focuses on leading complex matters across the employment lifecycle for a blue-chip client base, including ASX 200 companies and major government bodies.

As a senior member, you will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to thought leadership, and shape the firm’s practice through high-profile litigation, publishing, and presenting.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in employment law and industrial relations,
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior associates
• Interest in thought leadership, publishing, and presenting
• Ability to manage own workload autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse, complex matters across the employment lifecycle, including industrial relations, discrimination, WHS and high-profile litigation
• Own and manage significant client matters from inception to resolution
• Develop personal brand and practice within a respected employment law team
