Reach is seeking a Reach Legal Consultant with deep experience in native title and land access to join our Perth team on a four-to-six month part-time assignment. You will review tenure arrangements, advise on approvals, and negotiate with Traditional Owners and stakeholders to support mining and infrastructure projects.

The role requires 5+ years in private practice or in-house roles, strong drafting skills, and ability to manage complex legacy arrangements in a regulatory environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in native title, land access or projects.
• Experience reviewing tenure agreements and amendments.
• Experience negotiating land access agreements with mining tenure.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation skills for tenure agreements.
