Qualifications

• This role is ideal for a junior SA of 4-7 year’s PQE derived from a robust employment and IR practice.
• Analytical and research skills and ability to translate regulations to commercial practice, as well as your ability to integrate new tech into matter processes.

Responsibilities

• Spearheading enterprise bargaining processes and management of industrial action
• Planning for workplace changes, major projects, and transactions
• Representation in Commissions and Courts
• Broader advisory work including investigations
