Job summary

Mizzen Search seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Energy, Resources & Infrastructure practice in Sydney. You will work with senior partners on complex, multi-party project transactions, including financing, development, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ post-admission experience, with a track record in private practice, in-house, or a mix of both, and can articulate transaction structures and stakeholder engagement across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of post-admission experience in private practice or in-house.
• Experience in energy, resources and infrastructure transactions and projects.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and senior clients on complex deals.
