Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in banking & finance.
• Project/structured finance is a plus but not required.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise on deal structuring, execution and negotiation for major projects.
• Gain exposure to both lender- and sponsor-side work.
• Manage matters from structuring through financial close.
• Work across acquisitions, refinancings and new project financings (energy transition, social housing, large-scale infrastructure).
• Collaborate with industry experts and mentors.
