The role offers exposure to refinancings, private capital transactions and debt restructurings, with drafting and negotiating intercreditor arrangements and security documents. 2–4+ years PQE preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years PQE at a top-tier, international, or high-caliber mid-tier firm with a strong technical foundation in banking and finance law.
