Job summary

Mizzen Search seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Energy, Resources & Infrastructure practice in Sydney. You will work with senior partners on complex, multi-party project transactions, including financing, development, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ post-admission experience, with a track record in private practice, in-house, or a mix of both, and can articulate transaction structures and stakeholder engagement across diverse clients.

There is now an opportunity for a Associate or SA to join the E&R team and work closely with senior partners on complex and multi-partyproject-related transactions. Your work will include deal-side elements such as financing, project development, acquisitions, or joint ventures.

You

We are looking for a commercially minded legal professional with at least 3 years of post-admission experience, gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both. You will be able to speak on your understanding of transaction structures and history of engaging with diverse stakeholders and clients.
