Job summary

Allens Corporate Services is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to work within our Banking & Finance team. You will handle debt capital markets, structured finance and fund finance transactions, draft documentation, and collaborate with Partners across offices.

The role offers exposure to complex deals and a flexible hybrid schedule with 60% in office and 40% from home. You will be supported to specialise in DCM, fund finance or derivatives while developing your practice and client

Qualifications

• Experience in debt capital markets, structured finance or funds practice.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and progress matters.
• Confidence working with partners, senior lawyers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to debt capital markets, structured finance, or fund finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation such as derivatives and finance documents.
• Collaborate with Partners and lawyers across offices to deliver complex transactions.
