Allens, a leading international law firm, is seeking up to 10 lawyers to join our offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney. You will work with Partners and the team, gaining exposure to complex market transactions while developing your niche within your practice group.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Disputes and Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Funds/Pensions, Super, Wealth, Employment, Projects & Development, Competition, Tax, Intellectual Property & Trademarks.
• Experience at a well-regarded law firm and responsibility for drafting documents, reviewing junior work, matter management, client negotiations, delegating work, business development, and contributing to pitches or articles.
• A story to tell and a commitment to learning, mentoring others, and supporting diversity.
