Job summary

Allens is seeking up to 10 lawyers to join our Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney offices. You’ll work closely with Partners and the wider team, gaining exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.

At Allens, our structure means you’ll work with different Partners within your practice group and a wide variety of work. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity with a hybrid working model allowing work from home and office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Disputes and Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Funds/Pensions, Employment, Projects & Development, Competition, Tax, Intellectual Property & Trademarks.
