Job summary

Piper Alderman in Perth is seeking a driven Senior Associate to work across a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and regulatory matters. You will have carriage of matters and work directly with clients to shape litigation strategy.

Qualifications

• You will have experience at the Senior Associate level (5+ years PAE).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You’re a team player with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive commercial disputes from strategy to resolution.
• Work directly with clients and provide strategic litigation advice.
• Contribute to case strategy, timetables, and interlocutory proceedings.
