We are representing a leading legal practice in Sydney seeking a Senior Associate with 6-7 years PAE to join their prominent Disputes team. This role is ideal for a high-performing litigator looking to manage a complex and diverse caseload for a blue-chip client base under the banner of a collegiate, global firm.

The Opportunity

The team handles significant, high-stakes mandates, including large and complex commercial disputes. You will be advising on:

• Corporations Act Issues: Including directors' duties, shareholder oppression, contested takeovers, privatisations, buy-outs, and insider trading.
• Insolvency & Distressed Assets: Advisory work involving liquidators, receivers, high-yield bonds, and asset tracing/recovery.
• Commercial Litigation: Contractual disputes, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and misleading and deceptive conduct.
• Project & Property: Disputes related to major infrastructure projects and commercial property.
