Beca Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate Civil Structural Engineer in NSW to lead complex civil structures projects across Australia. The role involves overseeing design, coordinating with clients, and guiding a team of engineers within our National Civil Infrastructure group.

You will deliver steel and concrete structures for road, rail, water, and defence projects, while promoting business development and maintaining technical excellence and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Chartered or near Chartered Structural Engineer.
• Detailed knowledge of Australian market and standards preferable.
• Ability to lead and develop a civil structural team.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in structural analysis and design for steel and reinforced/prestressed concrete structures.
• Deliver civil structures projects with design management and client liaison.
• Develop and promote client relationships to win work.
• Guide and mentor younger engineers within the team.
• Manage work planning and financial aspects of projects.
• Contribute to a range of civil structural projects across markets.
