Job summary

ShopMy is expanding in Australia and seeks a hands-on Senior Associate, Strategic Business Development & Partnerships to lead events, activations, creator outreach, and brand partnerships. You’ll work directly with the Australia lead to bring ShopMy to the region’s top brands and creators, owning day-to-day growth activities with minimal guidance.

You’ll be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing ShopMy in meetings with brands and creators.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in fashion, beauty, PR, brand-side or agency roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience planning or supporting events, activations or client-facing programs.
• Strong understanding of the Australian fashion, beauty and creator landscape; existing industry relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ShopMy's events in Australia from start to finish, including brand partner events, sponsored activations, and our own events like supper clubs and creator dinners.
• Creator outreach: set up meetings, coffees and demos, and maintain creator relationships.
• Brand partnership support: join meetings, prepare briefing materials, capture follow-ups.
• Pipeline & follow-through: track conversations, keep records organized, and timelines on track.
• Research & insights: map the Australian brand and creator landscape to identify opportunities.
• Operations & admin: manage scheduling, travel, updates and recaps; build scalable processes.
• Cross-functional coordination: align Australia priorities with New York teams.
