HBA Legal in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate to lead liability claims within the Casualty & Commercial Lines practice. You will defend professional indemnity, public liability and general insurance matters across Victoria, with occasional matters in NSW/ACT, delivering high-quality advice and advocacy for clients.

This role sits within our Casualty & Commercial Lines practice group and reports into Practice Group Leads, Iona Sjahadi and Courtney Steele. The specialist industry work is a combination of professional indemnity, public liability and general insurance matters.
As a Senior Associate or Associate within the HBA Legal Team, you will be responsible for helping to lead our team defending liability claims across Victoria, and from time to time, in NSW and ACT. Your focus will be on professional indemnity, public liability and general insurance claims and litigation. You will ensure high quality advice and representation is provided to our clients whilst maintaining strong and collaborative relationships to drive positive results.
