Job summary

City of Moreton Bay seeks a Senior Asset Management Systems Officer to lead and optimise asset and spatial data systems. You will ensure data integrity, provide meaningful analysis, and drive system improvements across planning, maintenance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset systems management and data integrity improvements.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
• Experience with large datasets and asset information systems.
• Strong GIS and data analysis tools proficiency.
• Ability to interpret engineering/design plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with prioritisation.
• Experience delivering system enhancements for operational and strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset integrity improvement initiatives and enhance asset management and spatial systems.
• Manage and maintain asset data for accuracy and reliability.
• Analyse asset information to support decisions.
• Develop and implement asset data collection processes and standards.
• Deliver system enhancements for automation, maintenance, planning, and operations.
• Support development of asset renewal models and integrated asset planning.
• Maintain infrastructure programming information and support forecasting/reporting.
• Create reports, dashboards, and spatial visualisations using GIS and Power BI.
