Austek Roads (ACT) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end asphalt and civil infrastructure projects in the ACT region. You will drive planning, budgeting, and safety culture while coordinating project teams to meet technical specifications and client expectations.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, overseeing procurement, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with government bodies and developers, while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Formación

• Experience delivering asphalt and civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent asphalt projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules and optimize resources.
• Oversee night shift and weekend works as required by client demand.
• Manage sub-contractor engagement and performance.
• Own full P&L for assigned projects and track monthly reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through methods or supply chain improvements.
• Oversee procurement of materials within budget.
