Job summary

Proper Build PTY LTD in Western Australia seeks an Architectural Designer with 3–5 years' experience in the WA building industry. You will be proficient with BIM and AutoCAD and deliver technical drafting and 3D modelling across projects.

You will ensure plans meet NCC, R-Codes, Shire policies and developer guidelines while contributing to sustainable and energy-efficient building design. Immediate start available with a permanent full-time contract and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience as Architectural Draftsperson/Architect/Designer in WA.
• Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical drafting and 3D modelling skills.
• Ability to ensure plans meet NCC, R-Codes, Shire policies and developer guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex design requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration within a team.
• Passion for sustainable and energy-efficient buildings.
• Understanding of different build types including NDIS and Duel-Keys.

Qualification in Architecture or a related design discipline.

3 - 5 years' experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, or Designer in WA building industry

Proficient in using BIM and AutoCAD

Strong technical drafting and 3D modelling skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and translate complex design requirements
