Job summary

Integrated Design Group in Springwood, NSW, seeks a Graduate Architect to join a small, dynamic team. You will contribute to projects across stages from concept to on-site delivery and gain exposure to varied scales.

The role supports architectural registration goals and emphasizes collaborative design input within a hands-on, supportive environment. You will work alongside three Directors, producing precise drawings and documentation while developing skills in both design and technical

Qualifications

• Completed architectural studies; in-office experience is a bonus.
• Proficient in CAD, with ArchiCAD experience highly regarded.
• You produce clear, precise drawings with attention to detail and layout.
• Familiarity with the BCA/Australian Standards is a plus.
• Experience engaging with clients and consultants is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small, supportive team to deliver projects of various types and scales.
• Work with the Directors and engage in design discussions.
• Develop documentation sets for project stages.
• Contribute to construction detailing and technical standards when appropriate.
• Interface with clients and consultants and manage small-scale tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Collaborate within asmall, supportive teamto deliver projects of various types and scales.

Work closely with ourthree Directors, who are hands-on in projects and engaged in design discussions.

Yourdesign inputwill be valued and encouraged.

Gain exposure toall project stages, from concept through to delivery on site.

Collaborate with and manageconsultant teams.

Interface with clients and take ownership ofsmall-scale projectswith guidance from your team leader.

Contribute tolarge-scale projects, managing key components within the team.

Develop skills to producecomplete documentation setsfor varying project stages.

Depending on your strengths and aspirations, and the needs of the team, focus onconstruction detailingand technical standards or explorefront-end designand project creation.

Receive the support and experience needed to pursuearchitectural registration, if it’s your goal.
