Job summary

Architectus Brisbane is seeking an Architect or Designer to join our Living team, contributing to the delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects. In this role, you'll undertake detailed architectural and technical work, assist in project delivery, and help ensure positive design, client, team, and financial outcomes.

We support flexible work with recuperation time and work-from-home days, provide mentoring, reimburse architecture registration fees, generous parental leave, referral

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, materials, construction methods, codes, standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D software, MS Office, AMS and New Forma.
• Advanced design and documentation skills across all project stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

About The Role

In this role, you'll undertake detailed architectural and technical work, assist in project delivery, and help to ensure positive design, client, team, and financial outcomes.

• 3+ years post-graduate experience
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D software, Microsoft Suite, AMS and New Forma.
• Advanced design and documentation skills across all project stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent.
• Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and delegated tasks
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, staying current with industry standards and trends.
