Job summary

Rec4Tech on the Gold Coast is seeking a Principal Architect to lead enterprise solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure. You will shape architectures, drive complex development, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver commercially viable outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, secure AI/Copilot deployments, and mentoring engineers within a hybrid Gold Coast/Sydney setup. Expect client-facing workshops and strategic delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Advanced Power Automate Cloud and Desktop development
• Dynamics 365 architecture and extension experience
• Dataverse data modelling and schema design
• Power Pages configuration and development
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI services
• Custom API integration and OAuth 2.0 authentication
• C# plugins, JavaScript, Liquid and custom component development
• ALM across dev/test/prod environments
• Secure enterprise automation and AI solution design
• Diagnose and resolve delivery issues

Responsibilities

• Design and actively build enterprise solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure
• Develop complex automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud/Desktop and RPA
• Create custom integrations, connectors and data pipelines
• Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI services
• Develop custom components using C#, JavaScript, Liquid and PCF
• Architect secure AI and Copilot solutions including grounded AI
• Establish lifecycle management and environment separation
• Lead technical discovery workshops with clients
• Translate business challenges into solution architectures and SOWs
• Present technical value and ROI to senior stakeholders
• Resolve escalations by debugging code, integrations and workflows
• Review architecture and code to reduce debt and improve maintainability
• Mentor senior/mid developers on engineering standards
