Responsibilities
- Design and actively build enterprise solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure
- Develop complex automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud/Desktop and RPA
- Create custom integrations, connectors and data pipelines
- Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI services
- Develop custom components using C#, JavaScript, Liquid and PCF
- Architect secure AI and Copilot solutions including grounded AI
- Establish lifecycle management and environment separation
- Lead technical discovery workshops with clients
- Translate business challenges into solution architectures and SOWs
- Present technical value and ROI to senior stakeholders
- Resolve escalations by debugging code, integrations and workflows
- Review architecture and code to reduce debt and improve maintainability
- Mentor senior/mid developers on engineering standards

This is not a role where you create a diagram, hand it to the delivery team and disappear into another meeting.
You will design the architecture, contribute directly to complex development, solve high-level technical challenges and work alongside business leaders to turn client problems into commercially viable solutions.
- Gold Coast or Sydney based hybrid position
- Competitive salary $150K - $180K + Super (based on experience)
- Work from office two days per week
- Awesome company culture
- Occasional travel to client and prospect sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
- Interstate travel is expected to be rare

- Establishing strong application lifecycle management, environment separation and solution-layering practices
- Leading technical discovery workshops with prospective and existing clients
- Translating business challenges into solution architectures, estimates and Statements of Work
- Presenting technical recommendations, commercial value and expected ROI to senior stakeholders
- Resolving complex technical escalations by working directly within code, integrations and automation workflows
- Reviewing architecture and code to reduce technical debt and improve long-term maintainability
- Mentoring senior and mid-level developers in engineering standards and advanced solution design
You will bring strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft business applications and cloud ecosystem, including:
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Advanced Power Automate Cloud and Desktop development
- Dynamics 365 architecture and extension experience
- Dataverse relational data modelling and schema design
- Power Pages configuration and development
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI services
- Custom API integration and authentication, including OAuth 2.0
- C# plugins, JavaScript, Liquid and custom component development
- Application lifecycle management across development, test and production environments
- Experience designing secure enterprise automation and AI solutions
- The ability to diagnose and permanently resolve complex delivery issues
Experience integrating disconnected platforms such as CRM, finance, document management and other SaaS systems will be highly regarded.
Technical depth is essential, but this role also needs someone who can operate commercially.
You should be comfortable:

- Producing accurate estimates and technical scopes
- Explaining complex architecture in straightforward business language
- Presenting to executives and financial decision-makers
