Job summary

Cast Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect / Project Lead for their Perth fringe studio, offering long-term stability after a leadership restructure. You will own projects from concept through to completion, leading teams and coordinating with clients and consultants across diverse high-profile developments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years post-graduation, a tertiary architecture qualification, and proven ability to deliver complex projects with strong REVIT skills and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years post-graduation experience in architecture or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion.

OVERVIEW

A nationally recognised architecture practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to join their Perth CBD fringe studio. The business has recently undergone a significant management restructure, with a renewed focus on internal culture, leadership stability and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

With more than a decade's worth of projects already secured, this role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile mixed-use and multi-level residential developments. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead project teams, and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through to completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors
• Manage project programs, budgets and reporting
• Oversee project delivery and documentation
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Identify project risks and drive proactive solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and approvals

Criteria

• 6+ years post-graduation experience
