Job summary

Ivory Group's Sydney studio is seeking a Senior Architect to lead large-scale Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects through to construction. You will mentor juniors, uphold design standards, and drive on-time delivery in a dynamic team.

You will oversee design development, co-ordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with building codes while collaborating with builders and consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered.
• Proven experience with Class 2 residential projects.
• Strong competency in Revit construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-residential projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee construction documentation and ensure alignment with Australian Building Codes.
• Attend on-site meetings and liaise with builders, consultants and stakeholders.
