Job summary

Archer Office in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a highly skilled Architect with over 10 years of experience to lead projects from concept through completion across cultural, performing arts, transport, sports infrastructure, and commercial/residential sectors.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Directors, ensure NCC and Australian Standards compliance, and deliver meticulous documentation and presentations.

Qualifications

• Proven ArchiCAD/Revit and Adobe CS capability.
• 10+ years’ experience across all project stages for local government, commercial or private residential clients.
• Thorough understanding and application of the NCC and Australian Standards.
• Local on-site knowledge and experience.
• Registered Architect or on pathway to becoming registered.
• Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept design through to completion.
• Manage project budgets and programming.
• Ensure carriage of design intent through to finish.
• Prepare documentation for consultant coordination and presentations.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem solving with options to move forward in response to design & delivery challenges.
