Job summary

Facade Today in Sydney seeks a Senior Architect to lead townhouse and multi-dwelling residential projects from concept through to completion. You will own design development, documentation, and construction support, working with project managers, consultants and construction teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will bring strong design skills, expertise in Revit, and a solid understanding of NSW planning controls.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering townhouse or multi-dwelling residential projects in Sydney.
• Strong design capability with excellent technical documentation.
• Registered Architect status or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from concept to completion, including DA/CC/CDC approvals.
• Coordinate with managers, consultants and construction teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, councils and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Are you a Senior Architect with a passion for delivering high-quality townhouse and multi-dwelling residential developments?

An established Sydney-based property and construction group is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead residential projects from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a strong pipeline of townhouse and residential projects across Sydney.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of projects across all stages of design and delivery, from early concept development through to DA, CC and CDC approvals, technical documentation and construction support. Working closely with project managers, consultants and construction teams, you will play a key role in delivering quality residential outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering townhouse, multi-dwelling or residential development projects in Sydney
• Strong design capability coupled with excellent technical documentation skills
• High proficiency in Revit
• Sound understanding of NSW planning controls, including Housing SEPP, LEPs and DCPs
• Experience managing projects from concept through to construction delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and consultant coordination skills
• Registered Architect status highly regarded
• Ability to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, councils and contractors

Highly Desirable

• Mandarin language skills to support client and stakeholder engagement an advantage
• Experience within a developer-led, design-and-construct or residential development environment
• Enscape experience beneficial
