Job summary

Core Talent seeks a Senior Architect to join its Sydney studio, leading residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to completion. The role requires 6-8 years’ experience, strong design and technical skills, and proven ability to deliver construction documentation with Revit.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate consultants and engage clients to drive project success while contributing to the studio's ongoing growth and development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of architectural experience, preferably in residential/mixed-use sectors.
• Strong design and technical capabilities.
• Proven experience producing construction documentation.
• Practical Revit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Confident working with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to residential and mixed-use projects across multiple stages.
• Develop design concepts and drive design resolution through to documentation.
• Coordinate consultants and manage key project deliverables.
• Engage confidently with clients and project stakeholders.
• Produce and review high-quality construction documentation.
• Support project teams and contribute to the development of junior staff.
• Help ensure projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard.
