Job summary

Reo Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer for a 3-6 month contract, based in Western Sydney. You will own the accounts receivable function across two entities, manage debtor portfolios, and work closely with finance leadership to improve cash flow and reporting.

The role offers hands-on AR duties with process improvement opportunities and potential for permanency as the business grows. Excellent stakeholder management and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end accounts receivable and debtor management.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable across multiple entities.
• Take ownership of debtor management and cash collection activities.
• Proactively manage aged debtors and follow up outstanding accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve account queries promptly.
• Perform reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Review and improve AR processes, procedures and workflows.
• Maintain customer master data and data integrity.
• Prepare and enhance Accounts Receivable reporting using Excel and system functionality.
• Assist with improving operational efficiencies and reducing manual processes.
• Support bank reconciliation activities and related finance processes.
• Document procedures and process improvements across the function.
