Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to provide system administration and business analysis for corporate finance applications such as Axiom, Zycus and Figtree, plus HCM systems support. You will manage incidents, user access and monitoring, and contribute to development, change and release activities.
The role focuses on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination within the Enterprise
The Senior Application Support Analyst provides system administration and business analyst support for the department’s corporate finance applications such as, Axiom, Zycus and Figtree. The role also provides business analysis across the Enterprise Support Services team including HCM applications. The key tasks for the position include providing analytical support for incidents raised via the IT service management system, day to day management of the Axiom, Zycus and Figtree applications such as user account management, integration monitoring and participation on development, change and release activities. The position identifies and progresses continuous improvement opportunities and participates in project tasks and activities.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements available.
