Infosys Australia seeks a Senior Consulting Partner for Appian & Process Automation to lead and grow the Appian portfolio for Financial Services. You will advise client executives, drive transformation opportunities, and ensure successful delivery across banking, wealth, payments, and lending sectors.

Hybrid working arrangements apply; strong Appian, BPM, AI automation, and enterprise transformation experience are essential, with a proven track record of growing multi-year programs and revenue.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience in consulting.
• Strong Financial Services domain expertise across Banking, Wealth, Payments, Lending, Risk, Operations, or Customer Service.
• Proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and leading large transformation programs.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and consulting-led sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Act as executive advisor for Appian, workflow automation, AI-driven process transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead client discussions on transformation roadmaps, operating model improvements, and investment strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline, and multi-year transformation programs within the account.
• Collaborate with regional teams to expand market presence and governance.
• Mentor consulting leaders and build capability aligned to market demand.
