Roboyo is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our Low Code Application team in Brisbane, Australia. You will design and deploy Appian-based solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient, scalable applications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Appian experience, strong integration skills (REST/SOAP), and a record mentoring developers. This role emphasizes hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of our Appian offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Appian solutions and applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-code applications using Appian.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements, define technical solutions, and support projects through the full application lifecycle.
• Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on Appian and low-code solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, promoting development best practices and code quality.
• Stay up to date on Appian capabilities, industry trends, and best practices, continuously improving solution delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis and contribute to client deliverables, solution proposals, and technical recommendations.
