• Appian BPM Platform Development and Administration.
• Process Models, SAIL Forms, Records, Reports, CDTs, Sites, and Business Rules.
• Appian Integrations, Web APIs, Connected Systems, and Smart Services.
• Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PL/SQL).
• CI/CD Tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub).
• Agile Methodology and Scrum Delivery Model.
• Production Support, Performance Optimization, and Troubleshooting.
• Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, and Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise Appian applications and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Design and develop Appian components including Process Models, Records, Reports, SAIL Interfaces, Rules, Integrations, and Sites.
• Implement integrations with external systems and databases while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Provide code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure platform stability.
• Support SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
