Job summary

Roboyo is seeking Senior Application Engineers to join our Low Code Application team in Brisbane. You will build and deploy Appian-based applications to support client requirements and business goals, collaborating with a talented team of engineers.

The role emphasizes leading complex Appian implementations, mentoring teammates, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions across client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience developing Appian solutions and applications.
Strong experience with Appian development including SAIL, process models, records, integrations (REST/SOAP).
Fluency in English.
Experience mentoring junior developers and working with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and develop low-code applications using Appian.
Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and integrations.
Analyze business requirements and define technical solutions across the full application lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable client solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
