Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Appian Analyst to support OBP Mortgages. The role requires strong domain expertise, senior-level technical capability, and ability to guide stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will work across Appian architecture, data fabric, integrations, and enterprise security, coordinating with business and technology teams to deliver process improvements and automation in banking and mortgages domains.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in IT, CS, Software Eng, Maths or related.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise app delivery, automation, digital transformation, or low-code.
• Proven experience delivering Appian solutions across Banking/Financial services, Lending/Mortgages, and related domains.

Responsibilities

• Strong domain expertise with design guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Deep Appian architecture understanding, patterns, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Appian components: SAIL interfaces, records/actions, data fabrics, and integrations.
• Lead analysts and developers, drive estimation, implementation, and production support.
