Options Consulting Group is representing a fast-growing Australian apparel business seeking an experienced Product Developer to join its team in Melbourne. Operating in the uniform and workwear sector, the role focuses on turning concepts into production-ready garments.

You will manage development from concept and fabric selection through sampling, fit approvals and production readiness, collaborating with offshore manufacturers and internal teams to meet timelines and quality targets.

Formación

• Minimum five years of product development experience in apparel.
• Strong technical garment knowledge and construction skills.
• Experience working with offshore manufacturers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end product development from concept to production.
• Oversight of technical specs, garment construction, and quality control.
• Collaboration with Sales, Production, Procurement and offshore partners.
• Lead transition from development into production to achieve timelines.
