Job summary

Options Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Product Developer in Melbourne to lead development from concept through production readiness. You will work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement and offshore partners to manage fabric selection, sampling and fit approvals, ensuring specs and timelines are met.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in apparel product development with strong garment knowledge and exposure to offshore manufacturing, with uniforms or workwear experience

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in apparel product development.
• Strong technical garment knowledge with offshore manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in uniforms or workwear preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development from concept to production readiness.
• Coordinate fabric selection, sampling and fittings.
