Boardriders in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Product Developer to manage end-to-end product development, translating designs into manufacturable products and meeting deadlines. You’ll liaise with supply chain, sourcing, and product teams to ensure timely delivery to the end consumer.

You’ll lead technical development of garments and accessories, convert concepts into production-ready tech packs with designers, and align materials and schedules with sourcing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years (plus) experience in product development, garment construction, fabric properties and production processes.
• Technical proficiency in PLM systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and building on tech pack creation.
• Ability to manage multiple apparel products and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of individual garments and accessories, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with designers to convert concepts into production-ready tech packs.
• Partner with sourcing teams to align materials and timelines.
• Oversee the production process from sample to bulk, ensuring quality standards.
• Join a collaborative team of experienced Product Developers to share expertise.
