Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an Integration Platform Manager to lead the roadmap, delivery and ongoing improvements of API and integration platforms including Kong API Gateway, Layer7, Tibco and Camunda. You will collaborate with product, technology, data and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations that support digital transformation and business growth.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading design, implementation and operation of API gateways and integration platforms in large enterprises.
Proven ability to coach and grow a delivery/engineering team.
Strong knowledge of Kong, Tibco and cloud technologies.
Ability to manage strategic vendor and partner relationships in Agile environments.
Experience planning integrations with APIs, messaging and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

Lead secure, scalable API and integration capabilities across Kong and related platforms.
Shape and deliver API/integration platform strategy and roadmap.
Provide leadership across architecture, engineering and delivery teams with strong governance and security practices.
Evaluate value, viability and user needs of services; align with OKRs.
Monitor performance, usage and cost to drive optimization and reliability.
Conduct cost modelling and forecasting for integration platforms across hybrid environments.
