Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an Integration Platform Manager to lead the roadmap, delivery and continuous improvement of API and integration platforms across the enterprise. You’ll work with Product, Technology and Architecture teams to enable secure, scalable integrations that support digital transformation.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, coordinating with vendors, cloud providers and cross‑functional teams to reduce complexity and accelerate value for customers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, implementing and managing API gateways and integration platforms in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to lead and coach delivery teams of developers.
• Knowledge of Kong, TIBCO and cloud technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of secure, scalable API and integration capabilities across Kong and related platforms.
• Shape and deliver API/integration platform strategy and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership to architecture, engineering and delivery teams with strong governance and security practices.
